I had a wonderful stay at a quirky hotel in Punta Arenas. The rooms were named after different ranch jobs and had unique features related to them. I loved the creative touches, like the hammer toilet roll holder and the saw light fixture in my Carpenter's room. The hotel's small courtyard had a horse statue, which added to its charm. The staff at the reception were friendly and genuinely interested in my plans. The homemade chocolates in the room were a delightful surprise. Although there were some minor issues with soundproofing and breakfast service, the overall experience was fantastic. The panoramic views from the top floors were simply breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel offers great value for money, with well-decorated and clean rooms that showcase the estancia life. The staff are friendly and dressed in authentic Patagonian Gaucho attire, adding a unique touch to the experience. Situated up on a hill, the location provides a quiet and panoramic view overlooking the city and the Strait of Magellan. The rooms with balconies offer breathtaking views out to sea, where you can relax with a beer and watch people struggling up to the viewpoint behind the hotel.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

Quaint and unique. Each room had a different theme which gave our stay an interesting twist. The bathrooms were modern and spotless. The location was great, within walking distance of the waterfront. The rooms were spacious.
The terribly long stairs to get to the lobby and no elevator to get to the upper floors. Not recommended if you have any difficulty with stairs.
